A gift box is not packaging. It is the ninety seconds before someone sees what you chose for them.
We pack every box by hand, which means we have opinions about it. The tissue should resist a little. The piece should not rattle. Nothing inside should mention what it cost.
That last one matters more than people expect, and it is why every gift order goes out without an invoice in the box. The price is your business, not theirs.
The rest is small: a card you can actually write on, a wrap that does not need scissors, and a box that looks like it was closed by a person rather than a machine.
