Care guide
Mostly about
where it sleeps.
None of this is complicated, and a piece treated this way will see out most of what sits beside it.

01
Store it flat
Paper holds its shape well under its own weight and badly under everything else. A shallow tray beats a jewellery box where things stack.
02
Keep it out of the pool
Rain and washed hands are fine. A swim, a hot shower or a night soaking in a basin is not — take pieces off first, and let anything that does get wet dry flat and on its own.
03
Put it on last
Perfume, hairspray and lotion go on before the jewellery, never after. True of most materials, and especially true here.
04
Dust it dry
A dry, soft brush is enough. Nothing wet, nothing abrasive, and no polish or cleaner meant for metal.
And if it gets wet?
If something goes wrong.
A coil can loosen if a piece is caught or crushed. Do not glue it yourself — write to us with a photograph and we will tell you whether it is a repair or a replacement.
We repair our own work. Send the piece back and we will do what we can, whether or not it is still within the return window.
