This site is operated by The Creative Cosmos, Pune, Maharashtra, India, trading as The Creative Cosmos. Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms.

Every piece is hand-rolled paper quilling jewellery, made one at a time in Pune. That is the point of it, and it has a consequence worth stating plainly: no two pieces are identical. Coils sit slightly differently, colours vary a little between batches, and the photograph shows one example rather than the exact piece you will receive. Variation of this kind is not a defect and is not grounds for return.

We photograph honestly and describe sizes and weights as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so colour on your display may not match the piece exactly.

You may shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or to abuse the shop.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the price you pay for the piece. Shipping is added at checkout: ₹99 standard, ₹199 express, and free above ₹1,499.

Payment is taken through Razorpay, which supports cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; if we do, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it and the payment has cleared. Until then we may decline it — because a piece has sold, because the delivery address is outside where we ship, or because the order looks fraudulent. If we decline after payment, you are refunded in full.

Stock is held for you from the moment the order is created, so a piece cannot be sold from under you while you are paying.

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 days and typically arrive in 5–7 days on standard delivery or 2–3 days on express. Full detail is on Shipping & Returns.

Those timings are our honest estimate, not a guarantee. Once a parcel is with the courier its progress is outside our control, though we will chase anything that goes astray. Risk passes to you on delivery.

A commission begins with a conversation, not a payment. We will agree the design, the colours, the timeline and the price before anything is made, and we may ask for part of the payment up front.

Because a commissioned piece is made for you and cannot be resold, commissions cannot be cancelled once work has begun, and are not returnable except where the piece is faulty or not what was agreed.

The designs, photographs, text and the look of this site belong to The Creative Cosmos. You are welcome to share our pictures with credit — we would love that — but please do not use them commercially, reproduce our designs for sale, or present our work as your own.

We stand behind what we make. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it or refund it.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses — a gift arriving late for an occasion, for example. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, which stands whatever this page says.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
