Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange it.

Commissioned and personalised pieces cannot be returned — they were rolled for one person. We will always talk through a problem with one.

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and write to us. We replace breakages in transit; you do not pay return postage for those.
