Featherlight

Forest was never meant to be a signature. It was a colour we mixed for one piece and then could not stop using.
There is a particular green in Pune after the first heavy rain — wet bark, dark leaves, everything a shade deeper than it was that morning. That is the green we kept chasing.
It sits well against skin, which not every green does. It reads as considered rather than bright. And it does something useful in a piece: it lets a single rust coil at the centre carry the whole design.
Almost every family in the studio now has a forest colourway. It is the one people ask for by name, and the one that photographs least like paper.
It lets a single rust coil at the centre carry the whole design.
