Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be returned under the returns policy above.

Custom orders

Made-to-order and custom pieces cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
