- Shipping Methods
We use reputed pan India courier services, including but not limited to DTDC, Blue Dart, and First Flight, to deliver our Products. The selection of the courier service may vary depending on the destination and availability. We aim to deliver your order to your doorstep within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Shipping Zones
We currently offer shipping services to all locations within India. However, please note that certain remote or inaccessible areas may have limited delivery coverage. If your shipping address falls within such an area, we will notify you regarding any potential delays or restrictions.
- Order Processing and Tracking
a. Order Processing: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, we will begin processing it. Order processing may take up to 2-5 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
b. Order Tracking: After your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are determined based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the ordered Products. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions, subject to specific terms and conditions.
- Delivery Attempts and Signature
The courier service will attempt to deliver your package to the shipping address provided during checkout. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling or self-collection from the nearest courier center.
For security and safety reasons, some high-value orders may require a recipient's signature upon delivery. If you cannot be present to sign for the delivery, you may be required to provide an authorization letter and a valid ID to an authorized representative to receive the package on your behalf.
- Delayed or Non-Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in some cases. If your order is significantly delayed, we recommend contacting our customer support at [email protected] for assistance. In case of non-delivery or lost packages, we will initiate a thorough investigation with the courier service to locate or replace the package. Please note that we will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been dispatched. However, once the package is in transit, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address.
- Delivery to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we can only deliver Products to one shipping address per order. If you wish to ship Products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
- Packaging and Handling
We take great care to ensure that our Products are securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
- International Shipping
As of now, we only offer shipping within India. We do not ship Products internationally.
